Henley-in-Arden Crown Green Bowling Club is next to the tennis courts at the Henley-in-Arden sports ground south of Henley on the Stratford Road 

The club is in an attractive situation and has a very well-kept green, which is the envy of visiting clubs. We have a permanent clubhouse with all the usual facilities. The club’s postcode is B95 6AP.

The bowling season is from early April to late September and we enter our A & B teams in 2 over 60’s leagues on Tuesday and Friday mornings. We also enter a team in a local Sunday morning league. 

Apart from our league matches we have several friendly fixtures and in-club bowling competitions. 

We have set aside Monday afternoon from 3.00pm to around 5.00pm for organised club doubles matches, club practice and for the introduction of new members. We also organise or own club singles matches on Wednesday mornings starting at 10.00am.  On Thursday afternoons we run an additional singles competition starting at 2.30pm.

Membership gives full access during in-season daylight hours to the green and clubhouse at no extra cost.

Like most sports clubs we eagerly encourage new members and we’re happy to give an introductory session, individually or as a group, by arrangement. The only dress requirement is for flat-soled shoes, all other equipment is available at the club.
